Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and bilingual Packaging Leadman for a high-priority opportunity in a warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to operate packaging and transfer equipment while following established safety and operating procedures. Candidates with previous production or warehouse operations experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate packaging and transfer equipment according to established operating procedures.
- Support daily packaging and production operations.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
- Complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Previous warehouse, production, or operational experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate packaging and transfer equipment or learn the required procedures.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outside normal scheduled hours, including additional hours as needed.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a warehouse environment.
