Milestone Funeral Partners is seeking a proactive and analytically minded Finance Manager – FP&A to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial integration activities across our growing portfolio. This is an opportunity to work directly with our Chief Financial Officer, take ownership of critical financial processes, and help strengthen the systems and reporting capabilities that support our continued growth through acquisition and partnership.
About the Role
The Finance Manager – FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis while coordinating the financial integration of newly acquired funeral homes. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, M&A, Integration, and Operations, you'll help standardize reporting across locations, strengthen financial systems and processes, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role offering meaningful ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to help build scalable financial capabilities as Milestone grows.
This is a primarily remote position, with a preference for candidates in the Greater Portland, Maine area. Remote candidates throughout New England will be considered, with periodic onsite presence in Lewiston/Auburn and limited acquisition-related travel required.

Maintain and execute a standard finance integration checklist with defined owners, deadlines, deliverables and escalation procedures. The finance manager will not be responsible for technical accounting or general ledger activity.
