Location: Kane, PA
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 2 Days On / 2 Days Off / 3 Days On
Hours: 84 Hours Biweekly
Pay Rate: $34/hr + $1.75/hr Night Differential
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities of LPNs and Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' conditions.
- Update care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and assist with emergency situations.
- Support staff training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit.
- Current BLS certification (AHA).
- COVID vaccination required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills.
- Nursing home or long-term care experience preferred.
- New graduates are welcome.
