How you'll contribute
From first-piece to final inspection, you’ll drive quality and continuity across CNC mills and lathes:
- Own the setup, troubleshooting, and operation of CNC Milling and Turning Machines to achieve consistent, high-quality output.
- Confirm conformance using bench gauging and appropriate inspection techniques before releasing parts.
- Apply Standard Work rigorouslysetup/operation, process verification, inspection, documentation, and material handling.
- Perform light preventative maintenance to sustain machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Escalate any safety violations, equipment misusage, or improperly performed work to your supervisor and provide input that may support corrective actions, including discipline.
Safety, teamwork, and housekeeping
- Participate fully in safety programs, including hazardous material handling and disposal, per regulations and company procedures.
- Use PPEsuch as safety shoes, eyewear, gloves, masks, shields, and coatsif needed.
- Keep a clean, compliant work environment and follow all company and safety rules and regulations.
- Collaborate as a dependable team player and foster positive relationships with peers.
Quality and continuity
- Complete testing and adjustment of parts, as needed, to meet final requirements.
- Identify and replace parts, as necessary, to maintain process capability and throughput.
- Support other tasks as required to meet production commitments.
