Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

This Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer role focuses on developing manufacturing processes and tooling for complex mechanical assemblies used in space and marine applications. Responsibilities include improving assembly methods, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, tooling, assembly, and fabrication.
• CAD/Creo experience preferred.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
