Compensation:$31.00-35.00/hour (5-8 years) $36.00-40.00/hour (9+ years)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Civil/CADD Designer to support a variety of multidisciplinary projects focused on land development infrastructure design and construction. This position will work closely with civil engineers, project managers, and other technical professionals to develop accurate and efficient design deliverables.

Job Dties:
· Develop and maintain AutoCAD and Civil 3D drawings, plans, maps, and bills of materials.
· Collaborate with civil engineers, project managers, and project leaders to develop engineering and construction designs.
· Interpret project requirements, technical documentation, and design standards to produce accurate deliverables.
· Follow established internal procedures, client specifications, and applicable industry standards.
· Review drawings and design documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
· Communicate effectively with project teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
· Demonstrate strong attention to detail and utilize creative problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
· Take direction effectively while managing assigned responsibilities and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or technical degree in CADD, Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency with Civil 3D preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
· Ability to receive direction, prioritize assignments, and adapt to changing project requirements.
