ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christopher Schoelen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

I’m Chris Schoelen, a proud husband, father, and graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where I earned my degree in Business Management and Marketing. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in sales and management, developing a passion for leadership, team building, and helping others succeed. I opened my first State Farm agency in May 2019 and have since expanded to two growing offices in South Glastonbury and Suffield, Connecticut.
Today, we have a diverse, multicultural team of approximately 10 talented individuals. Our office culture is energetic, competitive, and goal-driven, but we also believe in supporting one another, celebrating wins, and having fun along the way.
