Responsibilities
- Operate bagging machinery to package concrete products accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor the bagging process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished bags for defects and ensure proper sealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in loading packaged products onto pallets for shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift heavy bags (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
