Responsibilities
- Process payments (cash, checks, money orders).
- Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
- Assist customers with payment-related inquiries.
- Access and update customer account information in company systems.
- Secure company funds and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Customer service experience.
- Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Barbara.
