PAL Solutions is the services, applications, and workflow solutions organization within the PAL System ecosystem. We help laboratories maximize the value of their automation investments through innovative workflow solutions, application expertise, technical services, consumables, spare parts, and customer support.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Branch Manager to lead PAL Solutions USA and drive the growth of our end-user business across the United States. Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and operational performance of PAL Solutions USA. This role focuses on expanding the installed base of PAL Systems, growing revenue from solutions and services, strengthening customer relationships, and establishing PAL Solutions as the preferred partner for laboratory workflow automation.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with industry expertise, driving sustainable growth through sales excellence, customer engagement, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PAL Solutions USA Sales and Service organization.
• Drive growth of solutions, services, consumables, spare parts, and workflow optimization offerings.
• Expand market demand and develop new business opportunities for PAL Systems and PAL Solutions.
• Protect and grow the installed base through upgrades, replacements, and customer retention initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic end users throughout the United States.
• Define and execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Establish and maintain a high-quality customer database and ensure effective CRM utilization.
• Oversee reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Provide regular business updates on sales performance, customer satisfaction, competitive developments, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with global Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience within laboratory automation, analytical instrumentation, life sciences, or diagnostics.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and strategic account management.
• Experience leading a sales and service organization with responsibility for business growth and customer success.
• Experience with P&L management, CRM systems, forecasting, and business planning.
• Established network within the life sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, analytical instrumentation, and laboratory automation markets.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
