General Laborer – 2ndShift:Rockford, Illinois
Our customer in Rockford,Illinoisis seeking dependableGeneral Laborersfor a2-4 weektemporary assignmenton 2nd shift. This position focuses on product inspection and case rework activities to ensure quality standards are met before products are distributed.
Responsibilities of theGeneral Laborer:
- Inspect packages for damage, defects, or packaging issues.
- Perform case rework activities as directed by supervisors.
- Sort and organize products according to quality and production standards.
- Identify and remove damaged or non-conforming products.
- Maintain accurate and efficient workflow throughout the shift.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company quality, safety, and production procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.
General LaborerRequirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required.
Pay forGeneral Laborer:Starting at $16.50/hour.
General LaborerBenefits:
- Paid weekly.
