Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent / Foreman to lead electrical crews on large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role combines project oversight with hands-on crew leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical crews, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, materials, and schedules.
- Oversee installation of conduit, wiring, switchgear, panels, and electrical systems.
- Read blueprints and coordinate work with general contractors and other trades.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.
- Enforce OSHA standards and jobsite safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong blueprint-reading, crew management, and leadership skills.
- OSHA 10/30 and journeyman license preferred.
