As a Full-Time Delivery Driver & Counter Sales Representative, you'll deliver automotive parts to local customers, help customers at the counter, and support daily store operations.

You'll split your time between the road, the counter, and supporting the store team.

• Make Deliveries: Safely deliver automotive parts to customers and local businesses while providing dependable, professional service.

• Take Care of Customers: Greet customers, answer questions, assist with parts lookups, and help them find the products they need.

• Support Counter Sales: Process transactions and returns accurately, share product recommendations, and help create a positive customer experience.

• Keep Operations Moving: Assist with stocking shelves, receiving freight, organizing inventory, and preparing customer orders.

• Help with Paint & Parts: Assist with paint mixing and other store services as needed.

• Work as a Team: Jump in where needed to support daily operations and ensure customers receive timely, reliable service.

• Drive Safely: Follow delivery procedures, maintain a safe driving record, and represent Auto Value professionally on every route.

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• The ability to stay organized, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks.

• Comfort working in an active, fast-paced environment.

• Automotive parts knowledge, delivery, or customer service experience is preferredbut not required if you're ready to learn.

• A willingness to support different store duties and work collaboratively with the team.
