Job Description
We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to lead finance-focused enterprise application strategy and delivery in Lake Forest, Illinois. This role will guide the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems that support planning, reporting, consolidations, and broader finance operations. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to partner across business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy and ongoing evolution of finance-related enterprise applications, ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry direction.
• Oversee project execution from initial planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization, coordinating internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Direct the design, configuration, and support of systems that enable financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and related operational processes.
• Introduce and govern AI-driven capabilities that enhance forecasting, automate reporting activities, strengthen data validation, and support better business decisions.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions for the finance organization, with emphasis on FP& A platforms, consolidation tools, and analytical applications.
• Establish governance standards for FP& A technology and ensure system changes are controlled, documented, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Accounting, FP& A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, and other connected functions.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams and software vendors to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and protect enterprise systems and data.
• Support finance technology initiatives tied to the current S/4 migration as part of broader enterprise transformation efforts.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track and ensure successful business outcomes.• Experience leading ERP or finance systems integration initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial applications supporting planning, consolidation, reporting, and core finance operations.
• Hands-on understanding of Oracle technologies, including Oracle NetSuite, and related enterprise application ecosystems.
• Familiarity with ABAP and the ability to collaborate effectively on technical design and system integration activities.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into clear business requirement documents and actionable solutions.
• Background in change management with success driving user adoption, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
• Ability to balance innovation, governance, security, and stakeholder needs when introducing new technologies.
