Position Overview
KeSTA I.T. is seeking a SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support production operations for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) environment at a public sector organization in Jackson, MS. This is a full-time contract position running from 12/01/2026 to 11/30/2027, at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. The role is a contract extension.
This is a largely technical, SME-level role centered on integration, interfaces, and data migration. The specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and the SAP ECC HCM and FI modules, as well as non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and outside vendors.
The ideal candidate combines deep data migration and integration experience with solid functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI, and has worked on recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support. Occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for the SuccessFactors Employee Central system.
- Own all integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and the SAP ECC HCM and FI modules.
- Manage integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and outside vendors.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces for SuccessFactors EC.
- Perform data migration activities, drawing on experience with all steps of the data migration process.
- Use SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center to build and maintain integrations.
- Create design, data mapping, and specification documents for integration and data migration work.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience as a Data Migration and Integration Specialist, with experience in all steps of the data migration process and in inbound/outbound interfaces and integration
- Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project and production support
- Participation in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations and production support
- Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI
- Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems
- Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector experience
- Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills
- Ability to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members
- Ability to document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts
- Excellent teacher with a desire to mentor staff who will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation
- ABAP programming experience
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Onsite in Jackson, MS per the client's work arrangement; candidates should live within 50 miles
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, aligned with staff in the Central Time Zone
- Occasional overtime
- No on-call requirement
