Project Manager/Estimator

Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to oversee project development, scheduling, purchasing, resource coordination, and job reconciliation. The role works directly with the owner on day to day activities to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large scale projects.

• Meet with clients, inspectors, and city or town agencies.

• Estimate electrical work.

• Schedule and supervise field technicians and crews.

• Negotiate pricing and purchase materials.

• Assist with scheduling and servicing national accounts.

• Measure and report project progress.

• Coordinate people, processes, and resources.

Requirements:

• Licensed Electrician in Massachusetts, either Journeyman or Master.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, or in a similar role preferred.

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with estimating and crew scheduling.

• Strong administrative and computer skills.
