Trinity Rehab Servicesis hiring an Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Mattoon IL area. You’ll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide OT services/establish plan of care
- Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settingsas appropriate
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- IL Licensed Occupational Therapist or Pending licensure
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
