Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Mannford 400 East Foster Road Mannford, OK, US, 74044
Duration: 12 + Months (Temp to hire)
Shift: M- F: 4:30pm-3am
Pay rate: $16.50 / Hr on W2
9 panel drug screen is required.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic setups and changeovers.
- Read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Complete production records and report issues to team leads or supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement, maintain a clean and safe work area, and complete required training.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and write English, follow diagrams, and complete documentation.
- Ability to use measuring and testing equipment after training.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- No prior manufacturing experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and handling tools or equipment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE.
