Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically proficient Customer Service Representative to provide support across multiple locations in the Puget Sound area. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate computer systems and software applications efficiently.
This position requires flexibility to work varying schedules to support 24/7 client operations and the ability to travel between Everett, Seattle, and Renton locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients and end users.
- Assist users with logging into computer systems and navigating various software applications.
- Support basic technical and application-related inquiries, including Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and team members.
- Maintain organized records and manage customer-related information accurately.
- Work independently and collaboratively to resolve customer inquiries and support daily operations.
- Adapt to changing schedules and provide coverage across multiple Puget Sound locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Basic technical aptitude and proficiency using PCs and common software applications.
- Ability to assist users with system logins and software navigation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
- Ability and willingness to work across Everett, Seattle, and Renton locations.
Work Schedule and Location Requirements
- Full-time contract assignment with 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
- Must be willing and able to support multiple locations throughout the Puget Sound area: Everett, Seattle, and Renton.
- Initial contract duration of 2+ months, with possible extensions.
- Immediate start preferred.
