Aerotek is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production operations within a growing flexible packaging manufacturing facility. This position involves operating converting and production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. • Operate and monitor converting, cutting, and production equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Load raw materials into machines according to production schedules and work orders
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate larger equipment problems to maintenance or supervision
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards
• Weigh, package, box, and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing
• Accurately document production counts, weights, and other required production data
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with production teams to consistently meet daily output and quality goals

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating, loading, monitoring, or troubleshooting production equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
• Basic math skills for weighing, counting, and documenting production information
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brockton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
