Let It Glow Lighting is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our Holiday Lights Installation Team!

No previous holiday lighting experience is required we provide paid training. If you're dependable, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for year-round employment. As the holiday lighting season winds down, qualified team members may have the opportunity to transition into our pest control operations, allowing you to continue working with our company throughout the year.

What You'll Do

• Install Christmas and holiday lights on residential homes
• Safely work from ladders and on rooflines
• Clip and secure lights along rooflines and other areas of the home
• Organize, prepare, and install lighting strands
• Load and unload lights, ladders, tools, and equipment
• Drive company vehicles and trailers when needed
• Work as part of a team to complete installations efficiently and safely
• Assist with light removal and other seasonal work as needed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Physically able to climb ladders, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow safety procedures
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and good driving record for driving responsibilities
