Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3p–11p shift.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
Conduct nursing rounds throughout the units.
Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other nursing care activities.
Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families.
Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
