  • Coordinate follow-up appointments, warranty work, return visits, and outstanding service requests.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers, field technicians, and management to ensure efficient daily operations.

Permitting, Compliance & Job Documentation

  • Coordinate and order required permits for plumbing installations, repairs, and other applicable projects.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections and tracking permit approvals and outstanding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate permit records, inspection documentation, and job-related compliance information.
  • Follow established company procedures to help ensure work is properly documented and coordinated in accordance with applicable plumbing codes, local regulations, and permitting requirements.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and backorders.
  • Track parts orders and communicate delivery updates to technicians and management.
  • Help minimize service delays by ensuring required materials are available when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, order statuses, and job-related material requirements.

Sales Support & Service Opportunities

  • Assist technicians with identifying and coordinating additional service opportunities, recommended repairs, upgrades, and customer-approved work.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of estimates, proposals, and additional service recommendations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding available service options, maintenance recommendations, and scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate additional appointments or work orders resulting from technician recommendations.
  • Ensure approved work is accurately documented, scheduled, and communicated to the appropriate team members.
  • Support customer retention through proactive follow-up and a consistent, service-oriented approach.

Job Ownership, Accuracy & Follow-Through
