Business Development Manager

What You Will Actually Be Doing

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with the growth potential to move into management. It is part strategy, part relationship building, and all execution. You will be the driving force behind expanding our footprint in the competitive pharma and biotech sectors.

Day-to-day, that means:

• Hunting and closing: Running the full business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing high-value consulting engagements.
• Building the network: Identifying and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers. You are building trust and becoming their go-to advisor.
• Owning your market: Analyzing trends and gathering market intelligence to craft tailored strategies that position BioPoint as the absolute partner of choice.
• Individual Accountability: Setting ambitious personal performance targets and crushing them. Your progress is measurable, and your success is highly visible.

Required Background: 3 to 5+ years of pure business development experience selling Functional Service Provider (FSP), consulting, or staffing solutions. Experience partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clients is a plus.
