Are you a detail-oriented Estimator who knows how to turn construction plans into accurate, competitive bids? We're looking for a motivated construction professional to join a collaborative team and play a key role in winning projects and supporting successful project execution.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong estimating skills, a solid understanding of commercial construction, and the ability to work closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams.

What You'll Do

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and detailed estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering alternatives.
• Assist with project budgets, preliminary schedules, and bid strategies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Managers, and Preconstruction teams.
• Participate in estimate reviews, project turnover meetings, and proposal development.
• Maintain accurate estimating records, historical cost data, and estimating standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, labor, and costs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and construction technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
