We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance for end users. This position supports daily IT operations by resolving device, software, and service desk issues across a healthcare-focused environment. The role is ideal for someone who can balance responsive support with strong attention to system reliability, security, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related applications.
• Respond to service desk requests within defined service levels and follow issues through to timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user hardware and software for employees, providers, and external partners.
• Diagnose and resolve problems affecting Windows-based systems, device performance, connectivity, and common user applications.
• Support desktop, mobile, and telecommunications tools to help maintain dependable day-to-day operations.
• Apply security and compliance practices that align with healthcare IT standards and organizational policies.
• Assist with technologies that support both patient-facing services and core business functions.
• Partner with internal IT teams to improve support processes and recommend practical technology enhancements.
• Contribute to modernization efforts by helping implement updated tools, workflows, and end-user support practices.
• At least 1 year of experience in desktop support, help desk, or a similar end-user support role.
