Are you a hardworking, dependable individual who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team? Yoder's Components is looking for a Truss Loader to join our growing team!
As a Truss Loader, you will play an important role in ensuring our roof and floor trusses are safely prepared, organized, and loaded for delivery to jobsites. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team that gets the job done right.

What You'll DoPrepare and organize roof and floor trusses for safe loading and transportation.
Securely band and package trusses to prevent damage during delivery.
Inspect loads to ensure all required trusses are accounted for and free from damage.
Safely load trucks, ensuring materials are properly secured for transportation.
Gather and organize necessary hangers and other materials for each delivery.
Clearly label truss packages to ensure accurate deliveries.
Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure loads are prepared accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and participate in required safety training.
Dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stay focused, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and successfully complete the required forklift operator exam.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work in an environment where noise levels may be elevated.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Full-time position, typically 40+ hours per week.
Must be available to work overtime as needed.
