The Operations & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of operational activities within the weekly rental leasing sector. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage the physical logistics of a premier 11-unit weekly rental portfolio. This is a critical "boots-on-the-ground" role ensuring our high-end homes and specialized units meet a consistent 5-star standard. This position supports the operational team to meet fluctuating seasonal demands. The coordinator will act as a liaison between various services and guests to facilitate timely delivery of services and resources. Ultimately, the coordinator contributes to the overall success of weekly rentals by maintaining organization, accuracy, and responsiveness throughout the operational cycle.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Logistics: Coordinate and execute the daily "run" of luxury linens and supplies between the central hub and beachside properties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous post-cleaning inspection to ensure "white glove" readiness for arriving guest.
  • On-Site Supervision: Act as the primary point of contact for housekeeping crews and maintenance vendors.
  • Guest Support: Provide rapid on-site troubleshooting for WI-FI, appliance resets and other guest requests.
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and execution of operational activities to meet business demands.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of seasonal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED LICENSES
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, property management or high-end rental, or high-end logistics required.
  • General home maintenance experience and knowledge required.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and ability to drive complex routes.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Streamline PMS and Breezeway preferred and/or similar property management platforms required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High-end customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied weekend hours during peak seasonal periods.
