Position: Reach Truck & Order Picker - Inventory Control
Location: Locust Grove, GA
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm | 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Pay: 1st Shift: $18.00/hr | 2nd Shift: $18.50/hr
Job Type: Project/Temp

Job Summary

We are hiring Reach Truck & Cherry Pickers for a client in Locust Grove, GA. This project role focuses on cycle counting and inventory accuracy, using a stand-up reach truck and order picker to access product at height. 1st and 2nd shift openings are available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy against system records

  • Operate a stand-up reach truck and order picker to locate and count product in racked locations

  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Report count variances and inventory issues to leads or supervisors

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines

Must Haves

  • Experience performing cycle counts in a warehouse environment

  • Experience operating a stand-up reach truck

  • Experience operating an order picker

  • Ability to work at heights

  • Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift as scheduled

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) or RF scanner

  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

  • Prior experience in an inventory control role
