Electronics Rework and PCB Programming Specialist Is this opportunity a match for you?
  • Do you enjoy organizing inventory and keeping a workspace spotless and safe?
  • Are you skilled at programming and testing PCBs and verifying software before release?
  • Can you troubleshoot complex boards and support both Production and Service teams?
What you’ll tackle
  • Receive and tally all incoming PCBs
  • Place boards in designated locations and complete all required documentation
  • Execute accurate inventory transactions in the system to maintain location integrity
  • Provide Production with the precise PCBs needed for each job
  • Deliver spares or replacement boards to the Service Department
  • Conduct cycle counts to validate stock accuracy
  • Diagnose and correct issues on defective PCBs
  • Program and test every PCB to specification
  • Test software and issue approvals for new versions
  • Keep the Board Room clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental standards
  • Collaborate daily with the Logistics Supervisor and support cross-functional teams as needed
Must-have qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics (2-year) or related
  • 1+ year of experience with electronics, circuit boards, soldering, and organizational workflow
  • •Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Local to Richmond, VAwithin 50 miles; relocation is not available (Active Duty Military Service members are not limited by this distance)
Nice-to-have experience
  • Welding, brazing, or soldering certification
  • Manufacturing, production, packaging, or construction experience (or comparable education)
  • Comfort with standard operating procedures
  • Electrical product assembly, maintenance, or repair background
  • Basic computer skills
How you’ll excel
  • Perform precise physical inventory counts and system-based inventory management
  • Handle sophisticated boards and software to ensure orders are completed correctly
  • Follow instructions from written, verbal, diagram, or schedule sources
  • Operate effectively both independently and in a team setting
  • Work under time pressure and meet deadlines
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods; perform repetitive bending, lifting, and squatting
  • Flex to daily and/or weekend overtime when business needs arise

  • Manufacturing environment familiarity
