WeareseekinganIndustrialRickManagerwhoisresponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofaneffectiveriskmanagementprogram.Thispositionwillberesponsibleforidentifying,assessing,andmitigatingrisksassociatedwiththecompany’soperationsandwillworkcloselywithotherdepartmentsinthecompanytoensurethatactivitiesareconductedsafetyandincompliancewithapplicableregulations.TheIndustrialRiskManagerwillbeinchargeoftheintegritymanagementprogram(safetycriticalbarriersmanagement).

- Identify,assess,andmitigatemajorrisks(fire,explosion,pollutionandtoxicity)associatedwiththecompany'soperations.
- Developandimplementanindustrialriskmanagementprogram,includingthecriticalsafetybarriers.
- Workcloselywithotherdepartmentsinthecompanytoensurethatactivitiesareconductedsafelyandincompliancewithapplicableregulations.
- Determineactionplansrequiredtomanageindustrialrisks.
- RepresenttheSite’sTechnologyRiskmanagementactivities
- Coordinatesinspections,repliesandendorsesthelettersandstudiessentintheirfield(Environmentregulation,Groupaudit,etc.).
- Managesprocesssafetyriskanalysesbyensuringthatspecialistresources(internaland/oroutsourcing)areavailableandcompetent.EnsuresthattheSafetyactionsofthePriorityandCriticalProcesseswithregardtothemajoraccidentand/orthemaintenanceofauthorizationsaretakenintoaccount.
- Developsthemethodologicalskillsofitsemployeesandtheskillstomanagetechnologicalriskswithinthesitebyorganizingthedisseminationofbestpracticesandaprocesssafetycultureontheplatform.
- Guarantorofthesitesafetymanagementsystemand,togetherwiththerelevantHSEdepartmentheads,validatesthechangerequestsontheIndustrialRiskaspect.
- Willproposethereportingelementstomeetthevariousrequirementsinitsfield(regulatory,normative,indicatorsrelevanttotheactivity,etc.).

- 8+yearsofexperienceinIndustrialRiskManagementinahightechmanufacturingenvironment
