We’re a dynamic, growing, familyoriented auto repair shop looking for a Bookkeeper who loves clean numbers, organized systems, and being the financial heartbeat of a busy operation. What You’ll Own

• Fullcycle bookkeeping (AP/AR, collections, payroll, taxes)
• Bank reconciliations & cash management
• Weekly, monthly, and yearend reporting
• Financial analysis that keeps the shop running smoothly
• Customer & vendor coordination
• Staying compliant with state & federal regulations
• General administrative support
• Whatever else keeps the financial engine humming

QuickBooks Online experience is REQUIRED.

What You Bring

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience (multimilliondollar revenue experience a plus)
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting expertise
• Solid Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
• Professional communication and a positive, teamfocused attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma
