Job Description

The HOA Manager will oversee a varied portfolio of single-family, condominium, mixed-use, and other community types, reporting to the company owner or executive. This role coordinates with boards, supports community operations and governance, and travels within the assigned portfolio several days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with community association boards and support governance activities.
  • Facilitate board and community meetings.
  • Manage budgets and prepare financial reports.
  • Oversee vendors and coordinate maintenance planning.
  • Monitor compliance with community policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with residents regarding community matters.
  • Maintain association documents and records.
  • Conduct property inspections across the assigned portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of homeowners association management experience.
  • HOA certification.
  • Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification.
  • Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Experience with vendor management and community association governance.
  • Meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Strong written communication skills.
