Customer Service Representative LHH is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers of an insurance plan on a temporary basis. The representative will assist with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims-related information, and general customer needs while providing professional and timely service.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
- Assist with insurance policies, billing, claims, and account information.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
- Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- 3-5 years in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information professionally.
- Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
