Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to contact for clients, offering expert guidance on materials, finishes, and designs.
- Schedule appointments, conduct client consultations, and provide pricing after training.
- Build lasting relationships through follow-ups and personalized support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project materials and maintain timelines for scheduled projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction with post-project communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in design (or related field) and 1+ year of experience, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Passion for design and client success.
- Proficiency with Google Docs and QuickBooks (or similar tools).
- Full-time, in-office availability in Raleigh, NC.
