Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Hybrid, Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000

About the Opportunity

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established, multi-brand organization experiencing rapid growth to hire a Senior Corporate Recruiter. This person will serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for one of the company's fastest-growing business units, owning the relationship with hiring leaders and HR partners and bringing req loads down to a more sustainable level. It's a high-visibility seat with real autonomy, a supportive and hands-off leader, and the chance to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse req load spanning warehouse, skilled trades, production, project management, creative, marketing, finance, and select executive-level searches
  • Serve as the primary talent partner to hiring managers and onsite HR Business Partners, delivering a high-touch, consultative experience
  • Source passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through market research, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Present recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking
  • Partner with stakeholders on offer strategy and negotiate effectively with candidates
  • Collaborate with recruiting partners across U.S. and international teams
  • Drive toward an average time-to-fill of roughly 45 days while maintaining high hiring manager satisfaction
  • Contribute to process improvements and special TA projects as bandwidth allows

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 8 years of professional recruiting experience, with corporate in-house experience strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of executive search experience, including C-level recruitment
  • Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of role types, from hourly and skilled trades to professional and executive
  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with frequent change and new leadership
  • Strong relationship-building skills and an authentic, polished communication style
  • ATS experience required; SAP SuccessFactors a plus
  • Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws as they apply to recruiting
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Recruiting certifications (AIRS, LinkedIn, SHRM, etc.) preferred
  • Experience recruiting in events, entertainment, sports, or agency environments a plus

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule based out of Philadelphia or New York; candidates located between the two are welcome
  • Eastern Time working hours
  • Travel up to 25%, reimbursed
