The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical project execution leader overseeing civil construction projects from planning through final completion. In this role, you will manage project budgets, material purchasing, and scheduling to ensure job profitability while working closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Plan, execute, and monitor the overall building process for civil construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop, maintain, and update project master schedules monthly to keep milestones on track.
- Manage job costing, project accounting, and budget reviews with estimating and field leadership to secure profitability.
- Procure and coordinate all required job materials, rental equipment, and necessary field supplies.
- Facilitate daily communication with subcontractors, project owners, and client representatives.
- Provide direct communication to senior management regarding ongoing job performance and operational metrics.
- Enforce site-specific safety plans and ensure total crew compliance on every job site.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial and civil construction engineering or management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise with professional project scheduling software.
- Deep technical knowledge of job costing, project accounting, and budget management.
- Strong working knowledge of site utilities, treatment facilities, and general civil construction practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a professional, respectful attitude in high-tempo environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Direct prior experience managing public water and wastewater or treatment plant construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing subcontractor scope changes and client-facing relations.
- Active safety or trade certifications relevant to civil and utility construction operations.
