Springwell is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to be an integral member of a growing agency!

The compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing quality improvement projects for Springwell programs. The Manager will regularly analyze outcome measures, implement systems for monitoring performance with contract requirements, and identify areas for improvement across programs. The Manager will support the agency’s Quality Committee, program quality meetings, and Designation Review related activities. The Manager is also responsible for supervising staff members of the Quality team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Three years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
  • Familiarity with community services for elders and the Massachusetts aging network preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills with interpreting outcome measures.
  • Experience with continuous quality improvement principles.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and creative problem solving abilities.
