  • Collect and organize equipment submittals, specifications, invoices, permits, photographs, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure installed equipment matches approved project scopes and utility requirements.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-installation inspections.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and provide clear project updates.
  • Follow up aggressively but professionally on outstanding items to prevent project delays.
  • Identify potential issues early and work with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate internal project records and trackers.
  • Coordinate project closeout and ensure all required documentation is submitted for incentive payment.
  • Work closely with Guardline's sales and utility-program teams to ensure a smooth handoff from project approval to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent follow-up and communication skills.

  • Comfortable communicating with contractors, property managers, engineers, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in project documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general project-tracking tools.
  • HVAC, construction, energy-efficiency, or utility-program experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read basic equipment schedules, proposals, submittals, and scopes of work is a plus.
