Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker on the Night shift and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! Duties

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
  • Conduct inventory control activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and updating inventory management software to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Assist in order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400 to track inventory movements and update records in real-time
  • Follow safety regulations and OSHA standards by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety protocols, and operating heavy equipment with technical proficiency
  • Support warehouse distribution efforts by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently while ensuring manual handling best practices are followed for heavy lifting tasks

Skills

  • Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management software (e.g., AS400), and logistics procedures
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely with attention to heavy lifting techniques
  • Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities
  • Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and proper PPE use in a warehouse setting
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and order accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
