This is a well-established, top-performing import store with strong ownership, consistent traffic, and a reputation for doing things the right way. You'll be working a heavy deal flow with plenty of opportunity to maximize your income in a professional, compliance-first environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, appearance, etc.) using a consistent, transparent menu process
- Structure deals and secure approvals from captive and third-party lenders quickly and accurately
- Maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approvals and reserve
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and dealership guidelines
- Work closely with sales managers and the desk to keep deals moving and customers happy
- Fund deals promptly and keep contracts-in-transit to a minimum
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that protects CSI
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of F&I experience in a franchised dealership (import experience a strong plus)
- Track record of strong PVR and product penetration in a high-volume environment
- Solid knowledge of lending, credit structuring, and compliance
- Experience with DMS and menu systems (CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, RouteOne, etc.)
- Ability to handle a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy or ethics
- Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Clean background and valid driver's license
