The Bilingual Recruiter will support Spanish-speaking, multilingual, and mixed candidate populations while filling high-volume hourly roles. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, this role will manage recruiting activities from candidate sourcing through applicant tracking and talent pipeline development, including occasional participation in career fairs.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for high-volume hourly roles.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Conduct candidate interviews in support of hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for Spanish-speaking, multilingual, and mixed candidate populations.
- Participate in occasional career fairs and recruiting activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience with Candidate Relationship Management.
- English-Spanish communication skills.
