Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate in Goleta, CA!

As a Warehouse Assocaiteyou will:

• Pull inventory according to pick lists and job orders
• Cut rope and webbing to required specifications
• Verify products and quantities before shipment
• Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and Epicor software
• Issue materials and complete job orders
• Palletize orders for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate with Warehouse leadership to meet shipping deadlines
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

This is a full time, temp-to-hireopportunity.

1st shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel throughout the shift

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor ERP software
• Knowledge of ISO standards and warehouse procedures
• Experience with domestic and international shipping
• Manufacturing warehouse experience

Pay Rate:$22 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
