As a Project Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leaders while gaining firsthand exposure to commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured professional development, you'll build the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and project management expertise needed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of mechanical construction projects.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project cost tracking.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with field teams to support project operations and address jobsite challenges.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Gain working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews.
  • Develop leadership and decision-making skills through direct mentorship from experienced construction professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
