We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do

Lead Projects from Concept to Completion

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement plans, and cost controls
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, change management, and reporting

Drive Project Execution

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, and related software platforms
  • Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions to minimize impacts
  • Lead project meetings and maintain alignment among stakeholders

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Provide clear communication, project updates, and progress reporting
  • Foster trust through responsiveness, accountability, and exceptional customer service
  • Support business development efforts through successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Promote Quality and Safety Excellence

  • Review contracts, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with field leadership to ensure project success
  • Maintain compliance with project specifications, building standards, and OSHA safety requirements
  • Champion a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Mentor and Develop Teams

  • Support Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and field personnel
  • Share industry knowledge and best practices to strengthen team performance
  • Help cultivate future leaders within the organization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven success managing commercial, healthcare, federal, institutional, industrial, aviation, or similar complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, procurement, and cost control processes
  • Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or comparable project management software
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA regulations
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-phase projects
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and build lasting client relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style
