Go Rentals is actively searching for a skilled Industry Director to own the relationship and growth strategy for Entertainment Production opportunities. This is a key role in the sales organization and reports to the Sr. Director Travel Industry Partnerships. The Director will serve as the main contact point and strategic sales professional to spread brand awareness to travel decision-makers, shift market share to Go Rentals and serve to provide continuous brand education within these new markets. Go Rentals is considering applicants based anywhere in the continental United States and requires travel up to 50% of the time to local and national travel-related meetings/events.

Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $100,000 annually plus commission.
*(OTE: $145,000 - $150,000 annually, based on individual performance and achievement of business objectives.)ResponsibilitiesThe position serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned Accounts, aligning executive stakeholders, partner teams, and internal resources to deliver exceptional client outcomes and long-term partner value.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Growth

· Own and grow a portfolio of Entertainment Production partner accounts, delivering measurable increases in rental volume, market share, partner engagement, and end-client satisfaction.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans that define growth ambition, market opportunity, competitive dynamics, and targeted relationship and sales initiatives.
· Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners, including new locations, service offerings, and co-developed programs.
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across partner organizations, including frontline partner teams, regional leaders, and executive decision-makers.
· Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned Entertainment Production partners, ensuring alignment between partner expectations and Go Rentals’ service capabilities.
· Maintain a structured engagement cadence for top accounts, including QBRs, annual executive reviews, and ongoing operational touchpoints.
Operational Alignment & Service Excellence
· Act as the primary liaison between Entertainment Production partners and Go Rentals Service Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent execution of white-glove service standards.
· Proactively identify operational, structural, or service-related partner pain points and lead cross-functional problem-solving with Service Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
· Ensure Service Operations teams are properly informed, prepared, and supported to meet partner-specific requirements and service-level expectations.
Contracting & Commercial Management
· Lead partner contract negotiations, renewals, expansions, and new-location launches.
· Secure renewals and expansions ahead of competitive bidding where possible, protecting and growing strategic relationships.
· Partner with leadership to ensure commercial terms align with profitability, service standards, and long-term growth objectives.
Marketing & Demand Activation
· Collaborate with Marketing to design and deploy targeted activation initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, increase awareness, and drive Private Client demand.
· Support development of partner-facing materials, programs, and campaigns aligned with premium brand positioning and guest experience standards.
Performance Management & Reporting
· Track and report on key performance metrics, including rental volume, revenue growth, partner penetration, service performance, and satisfaction.
· Ensure accountability to action plans and growth initiatives through disciplined follow-up and performance reviews.

· Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, and Reach for 8 hours + hours daily
· Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs. without assistance
· Ability to work within an airport environment with smells and noise associated with jet craft
· Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees
· Work between frequently alternating environments: inside and outside, sunlight and office light
Additional Essential Functions: The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following: sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, flying between locations, pushing and pulling, speaking, writing, lifting, typing, filing, reading, and the adept use of a computer, telephone, mobile devices, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine for 8-10 hours.
Basic Qualifications
· 2-5 years of successful account management experience in the Entertainment Production industry.
· 2-5 years of successful account management experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industry.
· Experience leading impactful presentations to buyers
· Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
· Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
· Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
· Experience in Sales and Customer Service
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in account management or business development within the travel industry. Experience working with Executives, or with meetings and conventions. Willingness to travel for extended periods Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy College degree
