Customer Service Representative

Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Foxboro, MA. A great opportunity with a close-knit team

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

-Receive and enter customer orders into computers

-Provide updates on order statuses

-Answer incoming calls a redirect as needed

-Provide assistance in other departments

-Perform other related customer service tasks

Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

-Previous customer service experience required

-Experience working in a distribution company preferred

-Excellent customer service skills

-possess proper phone etiquette techniques

-Great Microsoft Office software and general computer skills

-able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Great organizational skill and attention to detail

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr
