Recruiting for well rounded SQL Data Engineers to work for a growing client.
This will be a hybrid role working full time for a client at Orange, CA.

We are looking for professionals who have designed data models, written complex SQL, built production ETL pipelines with controls, developed advanced Power BI solutions, administered SQL Server, validated source-to-report accuracy, and resolved critical production incidents.
Professionals must be able to architect, build, deploy, and support the complete solution.
Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite work.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in BI, data engineering, data warehousing, database architecture, or SQL Server administration, including enterprise production support and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Expert T-SQL and advanced SQL Server development; strong performance tuning using execution plans, Query Store, Dynamic Management Views (DMVs), Extended Events, Profiler, or comparable diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrated data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling experience, including conceptual/logical/physical models, Slowly Changing Dimensions, indexing, partitioning, retention, and scalable load design.
- Hands-on ETL/ELT development with SSIS and/or modern cloud data services, including incremental processing, Change Data Capture (CDC), scheduling, fault-tolerant and recoverable data pipeline, validation, auditing, and heterogeneous source integration.
- Strong Power BI experience with data modeling, Power Query, DAX, interactive reporting, security, deployment, and refresh administration; working knowledge of SSRS.
- Production DBA experience with backup/recovery, disaster recovery, security, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, migrations, upgrades, and high-availability concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, work independently, document solutions, prioritize production and project demands, and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
