Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of professional software development experience to provide technical leadership across the architecture, design, development, modernization, and deployment of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS, Python, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS Cloud, along with experience building scalable applications and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring strong architectural knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while driving application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance enterprise applications.
  • Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices, and ReactJS.
  • Develop automation scripts, utilities, and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
  • Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications hosted on AWS Cloud.
  • Lead legacy application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Identify technical risks and develop solutions to improve performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership during production incidents and critical issues.
  • Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, governance, and organizational standards.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
