Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Job Description
The Press Brake Operator sets up and operates CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components according to precise specifications. This role reads and interprets blueprints and production documentation, selects and installs proper tooling, and performs thorough quality checks throughout the production process. The position supports a busy fabrication shop by maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while assisting with a variety of metalworking tasks.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00/hour DOE + $0.75/hour Shift Differential

Work Environment
This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication environment with regular exposure to CNC equipment, metal materials, and production machinery. Team members spend most of their shift on their feet, frequently lifting, bending, and handling materials while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and production standards. The shop environment emphasizes safe work practices, efficient workflows, and collaboration among fabrication staff.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eugene, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.75 - $24.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
